Charles Richard Ruddell

Charles Richard Ruddell was a son of George P. Ruddell. Charles R. Ruddell was 14, on the 1870 Robinson Illinois Census. He lived next door to this grandfather, Charles M. Ruddell, and his uncle Charles H. Ruddell.

Charles R. Ruddell, was a Lieuntent in the Illinois National Guard the year his grandfather, died.
